Install libghc-binary-tagged-dev by entering the following commands in the terminal:
sudo apt update sudo apt install libghc-binary-tagged-dev

Tagged binary serialisation.
Structurally tag binary serialisation stream. Library allows serialise and deserialise record values with a structure tag, so if structure of record changes between serialization and deserialisation, deserialisation will fail early. .
