Install acedb-other-belvu by entering the following commands in the terminal:
sudo apt update sudo apt install acedb-other-belvu

This is a transitional package to ease upgrades to the new belvu executable now maintained in the seqtools source package. The belvu executable in the acedb package was unmaintained for years and seqtools contains the maintained code.
